How do you ensure records aren't damaged during shipping?

We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with stiffeners and bubble wrap to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.

What is your return policy for opened vinyl?

We accept returns on defective or warped vinyl within 30 days of purchase. However, we cannot accept returns for non-defective records that have been opened or played due to change of mind.

Do you sell original pressings or modern reissues?

We carry a curated mix of both. Each product page clearly labels whether a record is a 'Vintage Original' or a 'New Reissue' to help you make an informed choice for your collection.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your music sooner.
